Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Short courtesy translation. Only the German version, including the model withdrawal form, is legally binding: Widerrufsbelehrung (Deutsch).

For PDF purchases, Digistore24 GmbH (Hildesheim, Germany) is the seller and your contractual partner; its withdrawal information provided at checkout applies. You can send your withdrawal to Digistore24 (I will forward any I receive).

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons, by a clear statement (e.g. email) to Konstantin Wolf · Lingowolf Studios · Reutlinger Str. 65 · 73728 Esslingen · Germany · contact@wolfworld.de. Payments are refunded within 14 days via Digistore24 to the original payment method.

Early expiry for downloads

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires (§ 356(5) German Civil Code) once delivery has started after you expressly agreed at Digistore24’s checkout to immediate download before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Refund policy

Faulty, incomplete or undelivered files: replacement, otherwise a full refund.
Accidental duplicate purchase: refund on request within 14 days.
Your statutory rights always remain unaffected.
